OMS CPA & Tax Services LLC (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects and how we use it.

Information you provide. When you submit our contact form or email us, we receive the information you choose to share — such as your name, email address, phone number and message. We use it only to respond to you and to provide the services you request.

Client documents. Tax documents are exchanged through our third-party encrypted client portal, which is governed by its provider’s security practices. Please do not send Social Security numbers or tax documents through the contact form or regular email.

Cookies & analytics. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded content such as Google Maps and Google Fonts may collect technical information (for example, your IP address) under Google’s own privacy policy.

Sharing. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide our services, when required by law, or with your consent.

Confidentiality. As a licensed CPA firm, we follow the professional confidentiality standards that apply to CPAs and tax return preparers, including IRC §7216 and the IRS Safeguards requirements for tax professionals.
